1. Our commitment

DigitalDots Technologies is committed to making digitaldotstechnologies.dev accessible to as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. As an Ontario business we also support the goals of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Information and Communications Standards.

2. What we have done

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. On this website that means:

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
• Colour contrast tested for text and interface elements
• Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging
• Layouts that reflow to 320px width without horizontal scrolling
• Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function
• Animation reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion

3. Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content — payment pages, maps and analytics widgets — is controlled by the provider, and we cannot always correct accessibility issues within it. Where we identify a barrier we look for an accessible alternative or offer another way to complete the task, such as by phone or email.

4. Accessibility in the sites we build

We apply the same baseline to client websites: semantic structure, keyboard operability, alt text and tested contrast. Full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance for a large or complex site is a specialist scope of work; if your organisation has a legal obligation to meet it, tell us at quoting stage and we will scope it properly rather than assume it.

5. Tell us if something does not work

If you encounter a barrier on this website, we want to know and we will fix it. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days. We can also provide any information on this site in an alternative format on request.
