Web development studio · Thornhill, Ontario
DigitalDots Technologies is a WordPress development and digital marketing studio based in Ontario, Canada. We design, build and hand over business websites — then, if you want, we bring people to them through Google Ads and search. We work with clients across Canada, the United States and worldwide.
What we do
We keep the list short on purpose. WordPress development is the core of the studio, and the advertising and search work sits alongside it for clients who want the site to bring in enquiries once it is live.
Business sites, landing pages, redesigns and rescues, built on WordPress with Elementor so you can edit your own content afterwards. Custom layouts — not a stock theme with the demo text replaced.
Working online stores: products loaded, variations set, shipping zones and tax rules configured for your region, payment gateway connected, and a full test order placed before you go anywhere near live.
Monthly management for businesses that already have a site and need the right people finding it. Campaign structure, keywords, tracking that actually records leads, and a report each month in plain English.
One build, laid out twice — desktop and phone, separately
The written quote — one fixed figure, approved before any charge
One-time projects
Not everything needs a new website. These are the projects we quote and deliver as a single piece of work, each with its own page explaining exactly what is included.
Your site was fine in 2019.
If you are paying for every visitor, sending them to a homepage with seven ways to wander off is the most expensive mistake in small-business advertising.
A slow site loses visitors before they see it, costs more per click in Google Ads, and ranks worse.
A red warning in Chrome, spam pages appearing on your domain, or an email from your host about malicious files.
Leaving a bad host, consolidating sites, changing your business name, or taking a site back from a developer who has gone quiet.
A logo is not a brand.
Most business websites are written by the owner at eleven at night, and they read like it: everything the business does, in the order it came to mind, with no idea what a customer is looking for.
Before any site can rank, Google has to be able to find it, read it and understand it.
Who we work with
Our clients are typically running the business and the marketing at the same time. There is no marketing department, no appetite for learning a page builder from scratch, and the site is needed this week rather than next quarter.
That shapes how we work: short questionnaires instead of long discovery workshops, fixed quotes instead of hourly billing, and a handover that assumes you will want to change your own opening hours on a Sunday night without paying anyone to do it.
If your sector is not listed it usually makes little difference, since the build process is the same. Email us and we will tell you whether we are a sensible fit.
How a project runs
If you have had a web project stall on you before, this is usually where it happened. So here is the whole sequence, with the timing we hold ourselves to.
Use the contact form, email, or call the toll-free line. Within one business day you get a reply from a person and a short requirements email asking what the site needs to do.
You receive a written scope, a fixed price in USD and a delivery date. Nothing is charged until you approve it in writing.
Design, pages, mobile layouts, forms and on-page SEO. Starter and Business builds are ready for review within 24–48 hours of an approved brief and complete content.
The site goes live and you receive a confirmation email with every login, a page-by-page working checklist, and a recording showing you how to edit it yourself.
Larger builds take longer and we say so upfront: Professional sites in 3–5 business days, WooCommerce stores in 7–10. The real date goes in your quote. Full detail in the process and the service delivery policy.
Why clients stay
Some agencies register the hosting account, the domain and the admin login in their own name rather than yours. It makes leaving expensive, and it is why plenty of businesses end up stuck with a site they cannot change.
We do the opposite. The domain, the hosting and the WordPress administrator account are registered in your name from day one, and every credential is in your handover email. If you decide to work with someone else next year, you take everything with you and nothing breaks.

Website projects run from $119 to $2,999 USD as a one-time fee across four plans, with the exact figure fixed in your written quote before you pay. Google Ads and SEO management start at $379 USD per month, with no minimum contract. The full ranges are on the pricing page — no quote form required to see them.
Call us and describe what you need in your own words. You will get a straight answer on whether we can build it, roughly what it costs, and how quickly it can be done — no form to fill in first.

Before you enquire
For Starter and Business builds, yes — but the clock starts when we have your approved brief, your logo and your text or photos, not when you first email us. If content is still being gathered, the build waits, and we tell you that rather than quietly missing a date. Professional and eCommerce projects take 3–10 business days.
Yes, completely, once the project is paid in full. Domain, hosting, WordPress admin and any Google Ads account are all in your name, and you receive every credential at handover. You can move to another developer at any time without asking us.
Nothing is purchased on this website. After you approve a written quote we email a Stripe payment link, and you pay by card on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. US clients are billed in USD and Canadian clients in CAD, with GST/HST added for Canadian clients, and a tax invoice follows by email immediately.
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does — nobody controls Google’s results. What we commit to is the work itself, done every month and reported honestly, with the ranking and traffic data so you can judge whether it is worth continuing.
