One-time project · Search

Technical SEO setup: the foundation, done once, done properly.

Before any site can rank, Google has to be able to find it, read it and understand it. Most small-business sites fail one of those quietly: missing titles, pages blocked by accident, a sitemap nobody submitted. This is the one-time fix for all of it — not a monthly campaign, and not a promise of rankings.

There is a difference between SEO the ongoing activity — content, links, months of work — and SEO the foundation, which is a checklist of technical things a site either has or does not. This project is the second one. It gets the site into a state where the ongoing work can succeed, whether that work is done by us, by you, or by nobody for a while.

We crawl the site the way Google does and list everything that gets in the way: pages with no title, duplicate titles, images with no alt text, broken links, redirect chains, pages accidentally set to no-index, missing structured data. Then we fix what can be fixed and give you a written list of what needs a decision from you.

At the end, Google has a sitemap, Search Console is connected and reporting to you, and every page describes itself properly in search results.

This does not make you rank. It removes the reasons you cannot.

  • Accidental no-index and robots.txt blocks removed
  • XML sitemap generated and submitted

Not included: Ongoing content, link building and monthly reporting, which is our SEO management service. Rankings — nobody controls Google’s results, and anyone promising a position is guessing. Copywriting beyond titles and descriptions.

How it works

Step by step.

Crawl

The whole site crawled with the tools Google’s own crawler most resembles, plus a manual look at the things tools miss.

Report

A findings document in plain English: what is wrong, why it matters, what we will fix and what needs your decision.

Fix

Everything technical corrected: titles, structure, links, redirects, indexing settings, schema.

Connect

Sitemap submitted, Search Console verified, Business Profile linked if you have one.

Hand over

Search Console reporting to your inbox, a guide to reading it, and a list of the content opportunities the audit surfaced.

Questions

Things people ask before booking this.

Will this get me to page one?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. Technical SEO removes obstacles; it does not create authority. Ranking for competitive terms takes months of content and links. What this does is make sure that when you do that work, or pay someone to, it is not wasted on a site Google cannot read properly.

How is this different from your monthly SEO?

This is a one-time foundation. Monthly SEO is ongoing content, links and reporting. You need the foundation first either way; you only need the monthly work if ranking matters commercially.

I have an SEO plugin installed. Isn’t that enough?

The plugin gives you fields to fill in. Most sites have the plugin and empty fields. This project fills them in, properly, for every page, and fixes the things a plugin cannot see.

What will I see afterwards?

Search Console will start reporting how often your pages appear and get clicked, and for which searches. That data is the most useful thing a small business can have about its site, and most have never looked at it.
