Why we work the way we do

The complaints we hear about previous developers tend to be the same three: the quote grew, the project stalled, and the finished site turned out to be something the owner could not edit. Two of those come down to how the work was priced and scoped rather than anything technical.

So we fixed the pricing. Every project is a flat fee agreed in writing before any work starts, with a page count and a delivery date attached to it. If the scope genuinely changes — you decide you want a booking system halfway through — we quote that separately and you decide whether to proceed. Nobody gets an invoice they were not expecting.

And we build on WordPress with Elementor, deliberately. It is not the most fashionable choice among developers, but it is the one that leaves you able to change your own opening hours at 9pm on a Sunday without paying anyone.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a small team. That means you deal with the same person from the first email to the handover, and it also means we are honest about the ceiling: we do not take on enterprise platform migrations, native mobile apps, or projects that need a dedicated back-end engineering team. When a request is outside what we do well, we say so rather than learning on your budget.
