The ranges below cover most projects we take on. Where your project sits in a range depends on page count, how much content we write and what has to be built — so before you pay anything, you receive a written quote naming one fixed price for your project in your billing currency. That quoted figure is what you are charged, and it does not change unless you ask for work outside the agreed scope. Amounts below are shown in US Dollars. US clients are billed in USD; Canadian clients are billed in Canadian Dollars at the equivalent amount, or in USD by agreement. Canadian clients are additionally charged applicable GST/HST — 13% for Ontario. Nothing is purchased on this website: every plan links to our enquiry form, and payment happens through a Stripe link we email you once you have approved a written quote. Website plans are a one-time charge; marketing plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice.
Website development · one-time
24–48 hour delivery applies to Starter and Business builds, and the clock starts once your approved brief, deposit and content are all in — not at first contact. Professional builds take 3–5 business days and eCommerce stores 7–10. Your written quote states the actual date for your project.
Pricing is flexible, and some projects sit outside these ranges. The four plans above cover the work we do most often, but they are a starting point rather than a fixed menu. A very simple job may come in below a range; a large or unusual one — a booking system, a membership area, a multi-location site, a migration from a custom platform — is quoted individually and may come in above it. Either way you get one written figure before you pay, and that figure is what you are charged. If your project does not fit any plan on this page, describe it to us and we will price it properly rather than forcing it into a box.
One-time projects
Each project has a starting price for a defined base scope, and add-ons with fixed prices for anything beyond it. Your written quote lists the line items and one total.

Timelines are typical once access, content and approvals are in; the written quote states the actual date and the exact total for your project.
Google Ads & SEO · monthly
These are management fees only. Advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google — we never bill you for ad spend or add a percentage to it.
An honest note about results. Nobody can guarantee a ranking position or a cost per lead, and any agency that does is guessing. SEO typically takes three to six months to move meaningfully, and Google Ads needs four to six weeks of data before performance stabilises. We tell you what we are doing each month and what it changed, and you can cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice.

Billing
Website plans: 50% to start, 50% on delivery, unless the total is under $150 USD, which is charged in full upfront. Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
There is no checkout on this website and no payment is taken here. You send an enquiry, we send a written quote, and once you approve it we email you a secure Stripe payment link for the exact amount. You pay by credit or debit card on Stripe’s own page. We never see, handle or store your card number, and no card is charged without you entering it yourself.
Prices on this page are shown in US Dollars. Clients in the United States are billed in USD. Clients in Canada are billed in Canadian Dollars at the equivalent amount, or in USD where that is agreed in advance. Whichever applies to you is stated in your written quote, and the exact figure and currency are shown again on the Stripe payment page before you enter a card. Canadian clients are additionally charged GST/HST at the rate for their province — 13% HST in Ontario — calculated on the invoice total and shown separately. Clients outside Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax.
